Darreres pistonades

Després de tonar-me a fer mal, aquesta vegada una estrebada al biceps femoral de la cama esquerra jugant a futbol, fa gairebé un mes que a penes entreno. Vaig participar a la mitja de Mataró fotut i encara avui no tinc el peu dret al 100%. Malgrat tot, em fa molta il.lusió poder tornar a córrer i fer tres curses per tancar el 2.008. La primera de 9,2 km a Sabadell (7ª cursa pel Ripoll) divendres vinent, dia de Sant Esteve. 8 km té la segona cursa, de Sant Silvestre a el Masnou, diumenge 28. I per últim, les darreres hores de l'any a la Sant Silvestre de Barcelona.

21 km a Mataró. La cinquena i última mitja marató de l'any per a mi. He acabat la cursa per amor propi, vulgarment per collons, però des del començament l'he feta amb força dolor al peu dret (tendinitis?). Una mitja adolorida, amb un circuit ensopit, massa repetitiu amb llargíssimes rectes que havies de fer un parell de vegades (anar i tornar) i un final duríssim.

Ara tocarà reposar un parell de setmanes, fins que desapareguin les molèsties del peu, si vull córrer les Sant Silvestre del Masnou -a la que avui m'he apuntat- i la de cap d'any a Barcelona.
